 The Ronda E. Stryker and William D. Johnston Foundation conducts quarterly due diligence reviews of grant
requests. 75% of all funds available in a fiscal year are committed in the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year.
To be considered for a fiscal year, it is recommended that the grant proposal be submitted by October 1st of the
previous year.

In a perfect world, we would like to honor all grant requests, however, needs are great and resources are not
unlimited.

Capital campaign requests come under additional scrutiny as only 20% of all grant dollars are awarded to capital
campaigns designed to build facilities.
