The Stuff You See! Iron County. 2006. 18 x 24 in, acrylic on canvas. Sometimes when I'm out with officers I see the strangest sights. In this case CO Dave Painter and I met another officer in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night and I happend to look in the bed of the other officer's patrol truck and found the poached deer he had just taken from a hunter and the manniken. COs patrolling at night are at high risk for injury. Sometime they put this manniken in the passenger seat and put a shirt, coat and hat on him to make it look like there are two officers. Not something you see every day. I thought it was worth a painting.
